Who sees what
You and your teamEverything in the workspace, by role. The owner decides who sees the replies.
The Selda teamNo access to your messages. On a support request only, with your permission, scoped, and the access is logged.
Connected servicesGmail, Outlook and LinkedIn: sending and reading replies only. You can disconnect at any time.
Subprocessors
Services that process data on our behalf.
Cloud providerServers and database, EU region.
AuthenticationSign-in and sessions. We never store passwords.
AI modelWrites the messages. We send only what is needed, and the data is not used to train models.
PaymentsA payment processor. We never see card details.
EmailSystem mail, such as sign-in codes.

Practices
Two-factor authenticationAvailable to every user.
