Does Selda send messages by itself?
No. Selda writes the drafts; you approve and send every one. There is no automatic sending, and it cannot be switched on from settings or from the API.
Where do the messages come from?
Your own Gmail, Outlook or IMAP address, and on LinkedIn from your own profile. Replies come straight to you.
Where does Selda find the companies and the people?
Public sources: company registers, companies' own sites, job ads, news and LinkedIn. The source of every fact is visible in the app.
Is this GDPR compliant?
B2B outreach on the basis of legitimate interest is allowed when the message relates to the recipient's work and opting out is easy. Selda adds an opt-out and keeps a suppression list. Data is stored in the EU.
Will the messages land in spam?
Selda checks your SPF, DKIM and DMARC before the first send, caps the daily volume and sends during working hours. Open tracking is not used, because it hurts deliverability.
What languages does Selda write in?
Over 40 languages, natively: the message is written in the recipient's language rather than translated afterwards. Finnish, Swedish and English are the most used, but the same holds for every supported language.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. A monthly plan can be cancelled at any time and ends at the end of the period. A yearly plan is paid for the year.
What happens to my data if I stop?
You can download all of it and delete the workspace with one button. Data is deleted within 30 days.
