Controller
In short: Selda is responsible for your data.
The controller is Selda Oy, a limited company registered in Finland (business ID 3546628-1), registered address Viipurinkatu 12 L 122, 00510 Helsinki. For privacy matters: [email protected].
What data we process
In short: Your account details and what you give Selda.
We process your name, email, company details, identifiers for connected services, drafts and metadata about sent messages. For recipients we process work-related information from public sources.
Why
In short: To run the service, not to advertise.
Data is used to provide the service, for billing, for support and for security. We do not sell data and we do not use it for advertising.
Legal basis
In short: Contract, and legitimate interest.
Users' data is processed on the basis of the contract. B2B recipients' data is processed on the basis of legitimate interest, and every message carries an easy way to opt out.
Storage and location
In short: In the EU, deleted within 30 days on request.
Data is stored inside the EU. We delete it within 30 days of an account being deleted, unless the law requires longer retention.
Your rights
In short: You can see it, correct it and delete it.
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, and to restrict and object to processing. You can lodge a complaint with the data protection authority.
The service
In short: Selda writes, you send.
Selda finds companies, writes message drafts and manages conversations. The user approves and sends every message themselves and is responsible for its content.
Your account
In short: One person, one account.
An account is personal. Members can be invited to a workspace depending on the plan. Keep your sign-in details safe.
Acceptable use
In short: No spam, no misleading messages.
Selda may not be used for mass mailing, misleading communication or unlawful activity. A breach may lead to the account being closed.
Payments
In short: Monthly or yearly, cancel any time.
A paid plan is billed in advance. A monthly plan ends at the end of the period when it is cancelled. Credits are not money and are not refunded.
Liability
In short: We do our best; we do not promise deals.
The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee a particular number of replies or any sales. Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
Changes
In short: We tell you in advance.
We notify you of material changes by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Finnish law applies.
