The questions customers ask in the first week

Straight from real conversations.

How do I remove companies that do not fit?Every company card has a Remove. The company and its message leave the campaign, and nothing removed is ever sent.
What happens after I've sent? The follow-ups are written at the same time as the first message and go out on a schedule, for example +3, +8 and +14 days. You can edit or delete them before they send.
Do the follow-ups stop if someone replies?Yes, immediately. Nobody is sent a follow-up after they have replied.
Where do I see the replies? In the Inbox in Selda, next to the campaign. They also arrive in your ordinary email, because the message left from your own mailbox.
Can I approve only some of them? You can. The approved ones go, the rest wait. Previous and Next walk you through them one at a time.

When Selda does not fit

We would rather say this now than in three months.

Selling to consumersSelda writes to companies and their decision-makers, not to private individuals.
One large customer a yearWhen deals are rare and bespoke, you need a person who builds the relationship over months.
Mass messagingIf you want to send the same message to a thousand people, Selda is the wrong tool. It writes one message to one person.
