Acceptance

By creating an account or using Selda (selda.ai), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Selda is a customer acquisition platform. It helps businesses understand their market, find potential customers, generate personalized outreach across email and social channels, and book meetings. The service includes:

• Website analysis and business profiling.
• Market research and competitor analysis powered by AI.
• Go-to-market strategy generation.
• Lead discovery and contact enrichment.
• Multi-channel outreach (email via Mailgun, social channels via third-party providers).
• Inbox management, reply tracking, and meeting scheduling.

We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features with reasonable notice.

Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at support@selda.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for all content you create, send, or publish through Selda.
• Do not use Selda for spam, harassment, illegal activity, or deceptive practices.
• You must comply with applicable anti-spam laws including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and any local regulations.
• When connecting social accounts, you must have authorization to use those accounts for outreach.
• Do not attempt to circumvent sending limits, rate limits, or other product safeguards.

Third-party integrations

Selda connects to third-party services (social media platforms, email providers, calendar services) on your behalf. These integrations are subject to the third party's own terms of service. We are not responsible for third-party service availability, changes, or outages. You may disconnect any integration at any time from your project settings.

AI-generated content

Selda uses AI to generate research, strategies, and outreach messages. AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing all content before sending. Selda does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or effectiveness of AI-generated output.

Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months. We may change pricing with 30 days notice.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you create. By using Selda, you grant us a limited license to process your content as needed to provide the service. We retain all rights to the Selda platform, including its design, code, and AI models.

Limitation of liability

Selda is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or fail to pay. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Helsinki, Finland.

Changes

We may update these terms with 30 days notice via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
